All items are individually wrapped and clearly labelled with a full ingredient and allergen list, so you always know exactly what’s in your box. Please note our treats are handmade in a kitchen that also works with nuts, so while we take care with cross-contamination, traces may be present in any item. If you have an allergy or dietary requirement, please check the label before enjoying, or drop us a message we’re always happy to help.

As our treats are handmade and perishable, we’re unable to accept returns once an order has been delivered. If your items arrive damaged, incorrect, or you’re not happy with the quality, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo and your order number, and we’ll sort out a replacement or refund.

To guarantee maximum freshness, all orders are baked and posted every Wednesday. Orders placed after our weekly cut-off will be included in the following Wednesday’s dispatch. Please allow 1–2 business days for delivery once your order has shipped, and you’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as it’s on its way.

A really nice product! Wrapped beautifully in a pink box! The treats were simply delicious! All individually wrapped. In particular I loved the Dubai bar and the Dubai brownie! Scrumptious is the only word! By far the nicest Dubai bar I've ever tasted.
