Hello, my name is Michelle, the creator of Pump’d Cookies & Treats- As you may already know, in April 2025, Eric and I took a huge risk and opened Pump’d Coffee drive-thru. What started as a lifeline for our petrol station in County Limerick became something far bigger. As Pump’d Coffee naturally grew, we invested in our own production kitchen — and that’s where the real magic began. The production kitchen became my sanctuary. It’s where I develop our recipes, experiment with new flavours and bring our treats to life.

As a foodie, I have quite high standards. I believe that when you buy something, it should be at least far better than anything you’d make yourself at home — and I follow that principle with every single item we produce. Whenever I’m enjoying a cookie, a dessert, or a little treat, I want it to be the best one I’ve ever had.

Our treats are made to be shared and enjoyed with the people you love — around the table, on the couch, or wherever the good moments happen.
